CHENANGO (WBNG) — Thousands of pounds of food was donated to help the hungry during a week-long food drive.
According to the Community Hunger Outreach Warehouse (CHOW), 13,558 pounds of food was donated during the Food-A-Bago drive.
People dropped off food in an RV parked in the parking lot of the Weis Markets location on Upper Front Street in Chenango between November 5 and Monday.
CHOW also notes $5,500 was given through monetary contributions.
